REGISTRATION - COMPETITION PROCEDURES

Romecup 2010 will take place in Rome from 18 to 20 March 2010 including two leagues: Robocup Mediterranean Open (Standard Platform League) and Italian Selection Robocup Junior
 


1) Robocup Mediterranean Open 2010 (Standard Platform League)

 

The Robocup Mediterranean Open2010 includes an international open competition in the Robocup Soccer - Standard Platform League, among universities from all over the world. The competition is promoted by Fondazione Mondo Digitale in partnership with “Sapienza” University of Rome - Computer and Systems Sciences Department.
 
The competition follows the three successful editions of RomeCup, the International City of Rome Robotics Trophy.
 
The organization will provide to Standard Platform League participating teams:
  • free registration
  • accomodation support (one triple room free of charge for 3 nights for each team)
  • prize for winner (2,000 Euro as support for participation)
 
 
Preliminary phases of selections will be organized in the ITIS “G. Galilei”, via Conteverde 51, Rome. The school is an historical institute located in the heart of Rome, in the “Esquilino” quarter. Is a perfect location easy to reach with buses and metro and characterized by big and comfortable spaces for every kind of competitions.
 
Final phases of selections will be organized in the beautiful scenario of the Campidoglio City Hall in Rome.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

2) Italian Selection Robocup Junior 2010

 
The Italian Selection Robocup Junior 2010 is a competition among Italian schools in the soccer, rescue and dance categories. Winners will participate to Robocup Singapore 2010
  
The organization will provide to Italian selection Robocup Junior 2010 participating teams:
  • free registration
  • accommodation support(Fondazione Mondo Digitale will realize agreements to propose good tariffs in hotel, hostel for the participants)
  • prize for winners of categories Soccer, Rescue, and Dance.
